My favorite quote of the day comes from an article in the North County Times (as usual).  Jim Gore of Oceanside said this, regarding people who forget to turn off their highbeams, “Cut the bright lights out, because snipe hunting is out of season.”  Read the rest of the article and keep in mind that driving with your brights on means another date with the police officer.
