The news in North County San Diego might as well just spell out the end of the world.  The North County Times reports these three headlines as “local and breaking” news: “Man Found Electrocuted in Bonall,” (which for the record is not in North County, however for the purposes of this blog and to help get my main point across, it is hereby inaugurated into NC for the day), “Man stabbed in Carlsbad,” “Two Women Stabbed Near Oceanside Pier” and “Man Charged With Spraying Bullets into Neighbor’s Apartment in Vista.”  What are we, living in Compton?  All we need is some big name rapper to rhyme about the hard life on the North County side of the tracks.  Jay-Z, you available?  No, Kanye? Akon?  Oh wait…Snoop Dogg is available?…Oh never mind.

Note: For the record as well, the man who was electrocuted in Bonsall was actually trying to steal copper from the lines…so let that be a lesson to all of you.  Unplug before you steal.
